How Far In Advance Should I Make My Appointment?
We accept walk-ins, but we prefer for you to schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
What Should I Expect Once I Arrive?
While safeguarding your privacy and dignity, Rocket Labs & Testing’s staff will make your visit comfortable and quick. We will call you back, take your vital signs, then take you to the exam room. In one of our newly built out exam rooms is where your physical will be performed.
Labs are generally the busiest from opening until 10:00 AM. Unless you are required to fast, it’s best to schedule an appointment during off-peak hours.
When visiting Rocket Labs, bring the following:
• The test request form from a health care professional requesting the laboratory test.
• A current insurance identification card (Medicare, Private Insurance or HMO/PPO).
• A photo ID (Government issued ID, a driver’s license or passport. Work IDs are not accepted)
• A healthcare savings spending account card, credit card, or a debit card.
Can children accompany me during my visit?
Children must be supervised at all times during lab visits. Please plan accordingly.
Note: You may not bring children inside the collection area during drug screening procedures.
How Do I Cancel An Appointment That Is Already Scheduled?
Call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Can I Make An Appointment For Multiple People Simultaneously?
No, you must make appointments separately.
Does Rocket Labs & Testing Take Insurance?
At the moment Rocket Labs & Testing does not take insurance. We are in communication with insurance companies in efforts to provide our customers with additional ways to cover needed services. Methods of payment are debit cards, credit cards and cash.

Testing results takes about 3 to 4 business days.
Does Rocket Labs & Testing offer 24/7 emergency drug test collections and breath alcohol testing for post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing?
Yes. Rocket Labs can accommodate 24/7 “after hours” emergency drug and alcohol testing for post-accident and reasonable suspicion.
Are drug testing results from Rocket Labs & Testing court admissible?
Yes, our drug testing results are court admissible.
